Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in construction site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Assist in erecting structures, digging trenches, and pouring concrete
- Transport materials via wheelbarrows, dollies, or forklifts (certification offered)
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
