Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and material handling
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal at job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Participate in team-based construction projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and adverse weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- No construction experience required - training provided
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
