Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision (hammers, shovels, saws)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and manual labor
- Communicate effectively with team leads to ensure project goals are met
- Assist in setting up and breaking down temporary structures and barriers
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Basic understanding of English for safety instructions
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
