Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Follow detailed instructions from site supervisors and lead carpenters
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment
- Support skilled tradespersons with foundational tasks on residential/commercial projects
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company quality standards
Qualifications
- No formal experience required – entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Valid driver’s license preferred; reliable transportation essential
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
