- Site Support: Assist project managers and skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks, including site preparation and cleanup.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize lumber, drywall, and other construction materials efficiently and safely.
- Equipment Assistance: Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision, ensuring all machinery is used correctly.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Physical Labor: Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Site Maintenance: Keep job sites organized, clean, and free of debris to ensure smooth workflow operations.
Qualifications

- Physical Fitness: Must be physically capable of performing strenuous labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
