Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks (material handling, site cleanup, digging)
- Operate basic tools safely (shovels, wheelbarrows, saws)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain organized job sites and follow safety protocols
- Support concrete work, framing, and demolition as needed
- Complete daily reports and communicate with supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
