Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespersons with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and waste
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents
- Support demolition, excavation, and concrete pouring operations as needed
- Participate in team-based projects to meet construction deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for material measurements and calculations
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Valid state ID or driver's license required
