Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, hammers, levels) and power equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Read and interpret simple blueprints and safety instructions
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide comprehensive on-the-job training
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and collaborate in a team
