Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate basic tools under supervision (shovels, wheelbarrows, etc.)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Support skilled tradesmen with tasks as directed
- Transport materials within construction sites
- Participate in team briefings and daily stand-ups
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Basic communication skills in English
