Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling
- Operate hand tools (shovels, hammers, saws) safely
- Prepare job sites (cleanup, debris removal)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Follow verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain tool cleanliness and organization
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid government-issued ID
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather
