Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Perform physically demanding work such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating hand/power tools safely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites by removing debris and following safety protocols
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions accurately
- Participate in team-based projects requiring collaboration and communication
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in outdoor environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- No prior construction experience required - full training provided
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
