Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision (hammers, shovels, wheelbarrows)
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Perform general labor duties as directed by site supervisors
- Participate in team projects to meet construction deadlines
- Learn and adapt to various construction site requirements
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train on the job!
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a safe work environment
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Basic communication skills and team-oriented mindset
