Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup duties
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (shovels, wheelbarrows, etc.)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Load/unload construction materials and assist in equipment operation
- Participate in building framing, concrete work, and finishing tasks
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain quality standards
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
