Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision (shovels, wheelbarrows, saws)
- Maintain clean, organized job sites by removing debris and waste
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and leveling materials
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Participate in on-the-job training programs to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
