Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including material handling and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Support skilled trades with material delivery and installation tasks
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Adhere to project schedules and team coordination guidelines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required—we train everyone!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team setting
