Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per safety standards
- Load/unconstruction equipment and materials safely
- Follow verbal instructions and adhere to project timelines
- Support demolition, excavation, and finishing tasks as needed
Qualifications
- No construction experience necessary – we train from scratch!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- Reliable transportation to job sites
