Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup duties
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (e.g., shovels, wheelbarrows, power tools)
- Load/un construction materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the workday
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Support various construction tasks including framing, demolition, and finishing work
- Adapt to changing project schedules and weather conditions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train everyone!
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods)
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Miami-Dade County
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
