Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including material handling and site prep
- Load/unload equipment and materials safely at job sites
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and operating hand tools
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing crews as needed
- Follow verbal instructions from site supervisors and team leads
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic communication skills and willingness to learn
- Punctual and dependable work ethic
- Pass pre-employment physical screening
