Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and site preparation
- Perform excavation, demolition, and cleanup tasks as directed
- Operate hand/power tools safely and responsibly
- Maintain organized and clean job sites per safety protocols
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
- Transport materials and equipment using carts or vehicles
- Report safety hazards or equipment malfunctions immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Colorado Springs
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license a plus but not mandatory
