Responsibilities

- Load/unload construction materials and equipment

- Support demolition and cleanup operations
- Learn basic construction techniques under supervision
Qualifications
- Must be physically able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow verbal instructions precisely
- No criminal record affecting construction site access
