Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand tools (hammers, saws, shovels) and power equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment
- Perform general cleanup and debris removal to ensure project efficiency
- Participate in scaffold setup, trench digging, and basic concrete finishing
- Complete daily task assignments with punctuality and reliability
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train all new hires
- Must be physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and performing manual labor
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment background check
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work collaboratively
- Must be available for early morning start times (5:30 AM)
