Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery under supervision
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Perform cleanup and debris removal at project sites
- Participate in team-based construction tasks with clear instructions
- Report hazards or equipment issues to supervisors immediately
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide full training!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Ability to follow verbal instructions precisely
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
