Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Maintain organized and safe job sites following OSHA guidelines
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Complete daily site inspections and report safety concerns
- Support team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train from day one!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of English for safety communications
- Commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
