Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople in construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized job sites
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Assist in setting up temporary structures and scaffolding
- Complete daily maintenance tasks on equipment and tools
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- No experience required – full training provided
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Baltimore
