Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Complete basic construction tasks (e.g., digging, carrying materials)
- Participate in daily team briefings
Qualifications
- No experience required - we provide training!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
