- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including framing, drywall hanging, and basic carpentry support.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize building materials at the job site efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Perform digging, leveling, and cleaning duties to ensure a safe and organized work environment.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic construction tools and power equipment under supervision.
- Measurements: Accurately measure and mix materials such as concrete, grout, or plaster as directed.
- Transportation: Transport tools and materials from trucks to the work area.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, lift, and carry heavy materials for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time work, including weekends if necessary.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other crew members and supervisors.
- Attention to Safety: Must adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic measurements and calculations.
