Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain organized work areas
- Read and interpret simple construction plans and instructions
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and material handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
