Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to ensure safety compliance
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Participate in team projects to meet construction deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability with punctual attendance
- Basic communication skills for team collaboration
- No prior construction experience required
- Valid driver's license preferred
