- Read blueprints and instructions to complete assigned tasks
- Perform heavy lifting, digging, and construction site duties
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Report maintenance needs for equipment and tools
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
