Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools (hammers, saws, drills) under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Read basic blueprints and construction plans
- Maintain organized job sites and material inventory
- Participate in residential and commercial projects
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide on-the-job training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and team collaboration skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
