Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools safely under supervision (shovels, wheelbarrows, etc.)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Support concrete, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Complete daily timekeeping and progress reports
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide paid training
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Pass background check and drug screen
