Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and equipment operation
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials (up to 50 lbs)

- Learn and operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
