Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople on construction sites
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials safely
- Prepare sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Follow all safety protocols and report hazards immediately
- Perform general site cleanup and waste management
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic communication skills in English
- Team player with positive attitude
- Reliable transportation to job sites
