Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling and equipment operation
- Perform site preparation tasks including debris removal and ground clearing
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Load/unload construction materials and tools at job sites
- Operate basic machinery like concrete mixers and power washers (training provided)
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and measurements
- Complete daily maintenance checks on assigned equipment
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Atlanta metro/North Carolina
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- No prior experience required – training provided
