Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision

- Inspect materials for quality and report defects

Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
