Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, levels)
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and safety inspections
- Read and interpret simple construction blueprints and instructions
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Support concrete pours, framing, and finishing tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- No construction experience required – we provide paid training
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
