Responsibilities
- Assist senior crew members with construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Safely operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving debris
- Support specialized trades as needed (framing, concrete, etc.)
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train!
- Valid government-issued photo ID (must be eligible to work in the US)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions and variable weather
- Basic understanding of English for safety instructions and communication
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Sacramento County
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
