Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Perform physical tasks like digging, lifting, carrying, and scaffolding setup
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere to project timelines and supervisor instructions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – training provided!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of safety procedures (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Boston/NC
- Strong work ethic and team collaboration skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
