Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Perform physical tasks like digging, lifting, and carrying construction materials
- Operate basic tools under supervision (hammers, shovels, saws)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow verbal instructions from crew leads and supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Support specialized trades during critical project phases
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for daily 6 AM start times
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Team player attitude with commitment to workplace safety
- Must pass pre-employment physical and background check
