Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup duties
- Safely operate hand/power tools under supervision (training provided)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Maintain organized and clean job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Support team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic communication skills
