Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/unconstruction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying (up to 50 lbs)
- Support concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress meetings
Qualifications
- No construction experience necessary – we train from the ground up!
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measuring and material counting
- Strong work ethic and punctuality (6:00 AM start times)
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends
- Team player with positive attitude and reliability
