Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic hand tools (shovels, hammers, saws) and light equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times
- Perform cleanup and debris removal to maintain project efficiency
- Learn and apply basic construction techniques through on-the-job training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
