Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and ensure proper site organization
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
- Support concrete work, framing, demolition, and finishing operations as needed
- Participate in daily team briefings and project planning sessions
- Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train all new hires!
- Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks in outdoor environments
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
- Basic math skills for material measurement and counting
- Reliable transportation to job sites across PA and NY
