Responsibilities
- Assist with various construction tasks, including digging, hauling, and lifting heavy materials.
- Operate and maintain basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and other team members to ensure project efficiency.
- Unload materials from trucks and stock them for daily use.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; full training is provided.
- Must be physically capable of performing manual labor (standing, lifting, bending for extended periods).
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic English language skills and a willingness to learn.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
