Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with construction tasks including demolition, excavation, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (e.g., hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including debris removal
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Support site preparation and cleanup activities
- Participate in team-based construction projects
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
