Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and equipment operation
- Prepare and clean job sites including debris removal and equipment setup
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Support concrete, masonry, and framing tasks under supervision
- Perform basic site surveying and measurement tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery safely
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks and reporting
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
