Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople with material handling and site prep
- Operate hand tools (hammers, shovels, levels) and light machinery safely
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Read basic blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver’s license (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
- Pass pre-employment background check
