Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, carrying materials, and lifting heavy objects.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction duties.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
- Prepare sites for construction by clearing debris and leveling ground.
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
