Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate basic tools safely (hammers, saws, levels)
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Assist with foundation and framing work
- Complete daily cleanup and waste management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
