Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand tools (shovels, hammers, levels) and power equipment safely
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE (hard hat, steel-toed boots)
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and debris removal
- Participate in weekend-only shifts (Sat/Sun, 6AM-4PM)
- Adapt to diverse construction sites across Greater Boston
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience necessary
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Willingness to learn safety procedures
- Team-oriented attitude and ability to follow instructions
- Must pass pre-employment background check
